Using text forms: Forms are very simple to use in QuickNote and can be quite handy! Basically, any text between the [] characters is considered a ‘Field’ in QuickNote. If you hold down the Option key while hitting the Tab key, QuickNote will search for the next ‘[’ character and select all the text between it and the next ‘]’ character. You can go to the previous field by holding down the Shift-Option-Tab keys. Here’s a simple example of a text form: John V. Holder, Software 1734 "S" Street Eureka, CA 95501 To: [ name ] [ address ] [ city ], [ state ] [ zip ] The above example form would be a good Template to use if you find yourself addressing many envelopes with QuickNote.
